Paul Turner started out his culinary journey with an apprenticeship at Donovans in St Kilda, Melbourne. Following Donovans, he flew north to refine his knack for fine dining at the beautiful Qualia on Hamilton Island. After two years at Qualia, Paul decided to head back to Melbourne and brought his flare to a new venture, Two Wrongs, where he took up the post of Head Chef.

Paul has a respected reputation as a fine-dining chef that specialised in Australia cuisine with vibrant flavours. Paul has the ability to design dishes with humble ingredients that can take the guest on an exciting ride. This is down to Paul spending years refining his craft with dedicated practice and studying the technologies, science and the art of food preparation.
